Bastille was founded in August 2006, by Christophe Poteaux and Michelle Poteaux-Garbee and is a contemporary French bistro and wine bar. Chefs Christophe and Michelle Poteaux (former Executive Chef and Pastry Chef of Aquarelle at the Watergate Hotel) are the heart and soul of Bastille.
