Located near the metro and in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency hotel, Daily Grill offers an inviting bar, a large dining room, and in good weather, a shaded alfresco terrace where customers can enjoy the breeze and the passing scene. Solid American cooking is the draw here, with a menu that is basically mainstream America with a few from-abroad offerings, such as the British fave, fish ‘n’ chips. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches and entrée salads for lighter meals, and for all-out eating consider the cedar-plank salmon, braised short ribs, or chicken potpie.
